If any of you follow Pixar news, Newt, the story of the last two lizards on Earth slated for a 2012 release, has been canned. It looks as if Monsters Inc 2 will be fast tracked to take it’s place that summer. Sure it worked with Toy Story but I can’t say I’m thrilled about Pixar’s priority becoming sequels (see also Cars 2) if they can’t be counted on to make sharp original films who can?
