My blog just turned 3!

This is kind of a lie, my tumblog’s birthday is September 2nd. Up until then I was just plugging feeds into it.

But don’t get me started on how long I’ve been blogging in total. 1998? Definitely since 1999. Things were a fair bit more collaborative in those days though. We were a bunch of friends with a Newspro install that loved the sound of our own voices. We were our own social network. A book of half a dozen or so faces, if you will.

I encourage those who were involved and still read this to go to archive.org and look around. And then completely ignore anything I ever said. amb still makes for a good read though.
