1. Get rid of your 58 brick and mortar stores. You will always be beaten by the Kmarts and BigWs in big titles. As for catalog stuff, I went to a JB-Hifi on Tuesday that crapped all over the EzyDVD store I’ve been to.

2. Fix your shitty website.

3. People know how much the The Dark Knight on DVD should cost (~$28) - dont insult them with $35.

If you cant/wont do these, get out of the business.

Shit. Get out anyway, you’ll be eaten alive in 5 years when on-demand is actually viable in Australia.
